Handle Aliases

Updated over a month ago

Alias handles let you use more than one profile URL that all point to the same Kinktree page. If you are known under multiple names, spellings, or brand variations, alias handles make it easier for people to find you without guessing the “right” handle.

Example:

  • Primary: kinktr.ee/cuffedstore

  • Aliases: kinktr.ee/cuffed, kinktr.ee/cuffed-store

Add an alias handle

  1. Open your Kinktree settings

  2. Go to Kinktree Handle

  3. In Alternative handles, click Add handle

  4. Enter the alias handle you want (we will check if it’s available)

  5. If it’s free, click Save

That’s it. Your alias is now active and will work as an additional link to your profile.

Notes and limits

  • You can add up to 2 alias handles on Plus.

  • If a handle is not available, you can’t claim it.

  • Your primary handle stays your main identity. Aliases are for additional entry points.

Manage existing alias handles

  • To change your primary handle, use Change next to your main handle.

  • Alias handles can’t be edited. They can only be deleted.

  • To remove an alias, go to Alternative handles and click the trash icon next to the handle you want to delete.
