Blacklist & Handle Restrictions
Kinktree maintains a Blacklist of prohibited terms, ensuring that certain handles cannot be registered. If a handle is on this list, it will be automatically blocked from use during registration. This system helps prevent violations before they occur and ensures that offensive or harmful terms are not available for selection.

Non-consensual or Sexually Exploitative Content

Trademark & Intellectual Property Protection
If a handle infringes on a registered trademark or brand name, the rightful owner may request its removal or reassignment. Kinktree will assess such claims and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.

Handles that violate these policies may be reviewed, modified, or removed at any time. If your handle has been restricted and you believe this was done in error, you may submit an appeal through our moderation team.
